Wil - Company founder Nurdan Eris has returned to the IT firm FileWave in the role of CEO. Together with co-CEO Nikola Gander, Eris will now adopt an increasing focus on customers in security-critical environments.

St.Gallen/London - Terra Quantum from St.Gallen is to become a public company through a merger with Axiom, the London-based special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). Terra Quantum is valued at 3.5 billion US dollars and the initial public offering is expected to raise 190 million US dollars. The company will remain headquartered in St.Gallen.

St.Gallen/Bangkok - Bischoff Textil AG welcomed Thai Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. Among other things, Her Highness took an interest in the company’s embroidery collection. Through its joint venture Bischoff Gamma, Bischoff Textil has also had a presence in Thailand for over 30 years.
