Frauenfeld/Novi - Aebi Schmidt has acquired The Shyft Group. This merger was preceded by a vote of the US company’s shareholders. From now on, the shareholders of the manufacturer of specialty vehicles based in Frauenfeld will hold a majority stake of 52 percent in the combined company.

Frauenfeld - The sensor specialist Baumer has developed two new ToF sensors. While model OT200 features a compact miniature design and long range, OT330 is an efficient all-rounder offering extremely easy installation and low maintenance effort.

Gontenbad/Rheineck - Three Goba drinks have received gold awards at the Swiss Spirit Review 2025, most notably of all the No. 23 Löckler liqueur with 95 points. The No. 22 Frümsner Baumnuss liqueur and the Alpstein Bitter were each awarded scores of 90 points.
