(CONNECTTISCA Tischhauser presents two new products: the Tisca Clima and Tisca Clinic textile collections. Both will be shown to the public for the first time during this year’s trade fair season.

Tisca Clima is a lightweight curtain fabric that, as per the product information, creates a comfortable indoor climate and helps to save energy. According to the manufacturer, it protects against sun, heat and UV rays in summer, while retaining warmth in the room and reducing heating costs in winter. The translucent fabric is also rated for its “excellent reflection and transmission values – and that without an aluminum coating”. In addition, the curtain absorbs disruptive noise. The fully recyclable Tisca Clima fabrics made of polyester yarn owe their high functionality to the permanent incorporation of the finest titanium oxide particles.

In Tisca Clinic fabrics which are certified according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100, silver ion technology inhibits the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms. This reportedly also helps to prevent unpleasant odors. The fabrics in this collection were originally developed for healthcare settings. However, they are also used in other areas where many people come together and fresh air is required: in public buildings, offices, shops, buses, airplanes and trains.
