Stadler presents sustainable drive solutions at InnoTrans

Bussnang - Stadler in the canton of Thurgau is presenting seven sustainable drive solutions in rail transport at its large station at InnoTrans in Berlin. This includes a first hydrogen-powered passenger train. The company’s innovative solutions for service and signaling technology will be showcased at two exhibition stands.

Stadler will be presenting seven innovative and sustainable drive solutions in rail transport at InnoTrans in Berlin, as the international manufacturer of rail vehicles from Thurgau revealed in its press releases. Stadler is unveiling its hydrogen-powered FLIRT H2 multiple unit for American passenger transport at its large station at InnoTrans. This passenger train will be instrumental in bringing zero-emission rail technology to the USA.

The latest generation TINA tram will also be on display. Stadler built this model for HEAG Mobilo GmbH in Germany. The train features a completely new interior concept to be adopted without steps and seat boxes above the drives. The stand will furthermore showcase the battery-powered FLIRT train designed for non-electrified or only partially electrified routes. Stadler is presenting its new EURO9000 locomotive family, the trimodal FLIRT, the CITYLINK tram-trains and the IPEMU Metro. 

All seven models will be revealed to the specialist and general public for the first time at the trade fair. Stadler lists the times at which vehicles will be presented in a press release. In addition to presenting its vehicle concepts, Stadler will be represented at InnoTrans with a separate exhibition stand in Hall hub27 and Hall 2.2.
