SFS to acquire Harald Zahn GmbH
Heerbrugg/Wiesloch - The SFS Group is set to complete a takeover of Harald Zahn GmbH. With the acquisition of the German specialist for flat roof fastening systems, SFS is seeking to expand its market share in Germany and Austria.
(CONNECT) The SFS Group from Heerbrugg in the Swiss canton of St.Gallen is acquiring the German company Harald Zahn GmbH. With this takeover of the specialist for flat roof fastening systems based in Wiesloch in the northern part of Baden-Württemberg, SFS has its sights set on expanding the company’s market position within the German and Austrian construction industry, as detailed in a statement.
Founded in 1981, Harald Zahn GmbH develops and manufactures high-quality fastening systems for flat roofs. In 2025, the company, which employs 45 staff, generated sales of 8 million euros. Moving forward, the company will continue to be based in Wiesloch, where it is to be integrated into the Fastening Systems segment of SFS.
The SFS Group is active in 35 countries in Asia, Europe and North America, where it operates a total of 150 distribution and production locations. According to information from the company itself, it recorded sales in excess of 3 billion Swiss francs in 2025. ce/ww
