Lounge modernization project completed at People’s Airport St.Gallen-Altenrhein
Altenrhein - The People’s Air Group has carried out a comprehensive modernization project of the Passenger and Crew Lounge at St.Gallen-Altenrhein airport. In addition to providing armchairs and sofas, workspaces with plenty of power sockets to charge laptops have been installed.
The People’s Passenger and Crew Lounge at St.Gallen-Altenrhein airport has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, further details of which can be found in a press release issued by the airport operator People’s Air Group. The focus of the renovation project was on making the lounge fresher with a more modern look and feel, in addition to substantially improving the quality of the facilities, as the press release explains further. A new design concept was developed in partnership with Jürgen Krämer, an interior design agency based in Lustenau in the Austrian state of Vorarlberg. The refurbishment works were completed in three weeks.
The entire interior space has been redesigned, from the choice of colors to the furnishings and furniture itself, as well as the use of technology, as the press release explains. For example, there are comfortable armchairs and sofas to relax on, while workspaces have also been set up with a high table, bar stools and plenty of power sockets. All of this is intended to enable customers and guests to work productively during the time they spend at St. Gallen-Altenrhein Airport.
Access to the People’s Lounge is included in the People’s and Full Flex tariffs or can alternatively be purchased directly at the check-in desk. The lounge offers a wide array of cold and hot drinks free of charge, in addition to a range of snacks, according to the press release.
Direct flights run between St.Gallen-Altenrhein and Vienna, while other routes include more than a dozen holiday destinations across the Mediterranean. ce/gba
