Nurdan Eris to lead FileWave as CEO

Wil - Company founder Nurdan Eris has returned to the IT firm FileWave in the role of CEO. Together with co-CEO Nikola Gander, Eris will now adopt an increasing focus on customers in security-critical environments.

(CONNECT) Nurdan Eris is the new CEO of FileWave, as detailed in a statement. According to the information, the company founder has returned to the Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions provider and appointed Nikola Gander as her co-CEO. UEM is an IT solution that allows users to manage different endpoints, such as laptops and mobile phones, via a single platform. Together, Eris and Gander now intend to place a stronger focus on UEM for customers in sovereign, security-critical environments.

“It feels good to be back at FileWave. We are returning to what made this company great: listening closely to our customers and letting their needs define our roadmap. Our core technical teams are fully on board, and we are energized to define the future of FileWave together with the people who use our product every day”, Eris explains in the statement.

Gander completes the new two-pronged leadership team. According to the statement, he will bring experience in the fields of operational scaling and strategic growth, having previously worked at GenTwo and Aisot Technologies. He currently serves as Executive Chairman of Valmont Venture. “Our focus now is disciplined execution, closer customer alignment, and expanding strategically into environments where security, flexibility, and operational resilience are becoming increasingly critical”, Gander states. ce/jh
