LEADER digital recognizes digital projects in Eastern Switzerland
St.Gallen - The Eastern Swiss economic portal LEADER digital has presented this year’s LEADER Digital Award. Studyond, iDIP Solution and KVA Thurgau were recognized for their outstanding digital projects in Eastern Switzerland. The audience award went to Abraxas.
(CONNECT) LEADER digital has honored outstanding digital projects from Eastern Switzerland at a gala evening in the Einstein Congress St.Gallen on 8 May. The winners of this year’s LEADER Digital Award are iDIP Solution from Sirnach in the canton of Thurgau in the companies category, Studyond from St.Gallen in the startups category and the waste treatment organization Verband Kehrichtverwertung Thurgau from Weinfelden in the organizations category, as was reported by the Eastern Swiss economic portal which is part of MetroComm AG. The audience award was presented to Abraxas Informatik from St.Gallen.
The award for iDIP Solution AG was in recognition of its iDIP low-code platform for industrial companies. With iDiP, they can implement digitization paperlessly and without programming knowledge. The startup Studyond AG has developed a platform based on artificial intelligence that enables companies, students and universities to connect for research projects. “This promotes knowledge transfer and strengthens collaboration between academia and industry,” explains LEADER digital.
Verband Kehrichtverwertung Thurgau received the award for its e-Container portal. This optimizes route planning for refuse collection vehicles based on customer bookings. The audience crowned Abraxas Informatik AG a winner in a live vote carried out during the gala evening. Its development of Abraxas Voting for the digital support of elections and votes represents “a prime example for digital sovereignty made in Switzerland”, as the article explains. ce/hs
