Jansen and Schüco extend their partnership

Oberriet/Bielefeld/Le Perray-en-Yvelines - Jansen from then canton of St.Gallen and Schüco have extended their strategic partnership. Through the contract, the two companies hope to secure and expand their distribution. This includes plans for a new distribution network in France.

(CONNECT) The steel systems provider Jansen based in the St.GallenBodenseeArea has extended the partnership that has existed since 1978 with Schüco International KG from Bielefeld in Germany. According to a statement, Jansen will still exclusively handle the distribution of Schüco aluminum systems in Switzerland and in the Principality of Liechtenstein. Meanwhile, the German company will continue to distribute Jansen steel systems exclusively in Germany, Luxembourg, the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, Finland, the Baltic States and Greece.

Since 1 January 2026, Schüco International S.C.S based in Le Perray-en-Yvelines has been distributing the steel systems of the former RP Technik Profilsysteme GmbH now owned by Jansen in France and the French overseas territories. The steel systems are reportedly used for windows, doors, fire protection and façade constructions.

“With Jansen, which like Schüco is a family business, these shared values have connected us for over 45 years. I am very pleased that we are set to continue and further expand our trusting partnership in the future,” said Andreas Engelhardt, personally liable partner of Schüco International KG, in the statement. Christoph Jansen, CEO and member of the Board of Directors of Jansen AG, explains that “in times of great change and uncertainty” stable partnerships are particularly important: “Our partnership is based on shared objectives and values, always focusing on our mutual customers”. ce/ww
