Great Place to Work confirms exceptional workplace culture at Model
Weinfelden - Model has been awarded a Great Place to Work certification. With this, the consulting institute Great Place to Work has confirmed that the packaging manufacturer boasts an exceptional workplace culture at its various locations.
The consulting institute Great Place to Work has awarded its eponymous certification to Model AG from the St.GallenBodenseeArea. According to a press release, all four sites operated by the business group gained a high level of approval in the employee survey.
The workplaces in Weinfelden in the canton of Thurgau, Niedergösgen in the canton of Solothurn, Moudon in the canton of Vaud, and Eilenburg in Germany, received a high approval rate of 70 percent in what is known as the Trust Index. The employees confirmed that they enjoy coming to work, appreciate the informal, friendly cross-departmental interactions and benefit from a great deal of freedom in terms of taking decisions and implementing actions in the course of the day-to-day work. As a result, the employees were happy to recommend the business group as a good employer to their friends and family.
“The Model Group therefore boasts a solid basis in terms of its perception as an attractive employer for talented people in the future”, comments Michael Uebersax, Head of HR and member of the Executive Board, in the press release.
According to the press release, areas in which there is room for improvement at Model AG were also discussed, although the press release does not offer any specifics in this regard. According to Uebersax, the positive result also represents “an obligation to maintain standards”. The precise analysis of the results will help the company to implement further improvements. ce/ko
