Fasoon launches free AI assistant to found sole proprietorships
Appenzell - The start-up portal Fasoon has launched an AI-powered assistant for the digital incorporation of sole proprietorships in Switzerland. With this tool, the aim is to enable founders to add their businesses to the commercial register in the shortest possible time.
(CONNECT) Fasoon, the company formation portal based in Appenzell in the Swiss canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden, is now offering an AI-powered assistant to quickly set up sole proprietorships. According to a statement, this AI assistant gathers all the necessary information in a natural, intuitive conversation. At the end of the process, interested parties automatically receive all the required documents via email, including the commercial register application and cover letter, which can then be submitted directly to the commercial register. The service is free of charge for users, the statement explains.
“With the AI Dialogue, we are making it easier than ever to start a sole proprietorship”, comments Walter Regli, co-founder of Fasoon, in the statement. “Our aim is to show founders just how much potential modern digital technologies already offer”, he adds. As the company explains further, this new tool serves to expand its portfolio. Fasoon has been offering digital company formations by way of qualified electronic signature (QES) since 2022, while an online contract generator is also available for founders. Start-ups have the option of choosing between various shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and employment contracts. A free business check is also offered. All of this embodies Fasoon’s mission to make starting a business in Switzerland as simple, digital and affordable as possible.
The newly offered tool is currently in the beta phase. It is fully functional, although the AI dialogue is available only in German. It is therefore only suited to being used in cantons where German is an official language. ce/eb
