AeroVisto now part of German company Aero-Dienst
Thal/Nuremberg - AeroVisto Interior Services in the canton of St. Gallen has been acquired by Aero-Dienst. With its expertise in cabin design, renovation, upholstery and component maintenance, AeroVisto enriches the portfolio of the Nuremberg Airport-based provider of business jet charters and air ambulance services.
(CONNECT) AeroVisto Interior Services AG has been acquired by the Nuremberg-based full-service provider for business aviation and flight ambulance services Aero-Dienst. According to a press release from Aero-Dienst, this strategic merger is built on a long-standing partnership between the two companies. The two CEOs of AeroVisto, Hermann Bauer und Carsten Matthiesen, will remain in their roles leading the company. The Co-CEOs of Aero-Dienst, André Ebach and Dr. Oliver Kosing, will join the AeroVisto Board of Directors.
Aero-Dienst is a 100 percent subsidiary of ADAC SE based in Munich and has decades of experience in the fields of maintenance, ambulance services, aircraft management, corporate services and consulting. For Aero-Dienst, this acquisition is a move to supplement its portfolio and “represents a clear signal of the international growth strategy”.
AeroVisto specializes in the areas of cabin design, refurbishment, upholstery and component maintenance. This added expertise will enable Aero-Dienst to increase its capacity to provide comprehensive support throughout the service life of a business jet. AeroVisto employs 80 people at its sites in Switzerland and Germany and is certified both as an EASA Part-145 Maintenance Organization and as an EASA Part-21G Production Organization, two standards that “underline the company’s high degree of technical expertise”.
“For us, the acquisition of AeroVisto is more than just a step towards growth – it is specifically intended to increase our depth of added value,” said Aero-Dienst’s Co-CEO Oliver Kosing. For Hermann Bauer, co-founder, Managing Director and COO of the AeroVisto Group, “the sale of AeroVisto to Aero-Dienst isn’t like saying farewell – it’s simply the logical next step in my life’s work”. Employees, customers and partners can all “be sure that what we find important – excellence, customer proximity and a working environment that values the human element – will remain in the best possible hands”.
AeroVisto will be one of the exhibitors in the SWISS Pavilion at the Dubai Airshow 2025. The international aerospace trade fair will take place from 17 to 21 November. ce/mm
