Acquisition of Horisen Messaging is completed
Rorschach SG – The telecommunications firm LINK Mobility has completed its acquisition of Horisen Messaging. The Norwegian firm intends to continue to develop its activities in the Swiss market.
The acquisition was concluded based on an agreed value of 9 million euros for Horisen Messaging AG, the mobile messaging business of Horisen AG, according to a statement from LINK Mobility. The Norwegian company acquired all shares in Horisen Messaging, which is located in the St.GallenBodenseeArea.
