St.Gallen region presents itself as an employer
St.Gallen – The St.GallenBodenseeArea and the University of St.Gallen are holding the ProOst event on Friday, where they will present the region as an employer as well as a provider of executive education.
ProOst will take place on 18 August in the Einstein Congress Centre in St.Gallen. According to a statement from the University of St.Gallen (HSG), the event will provide specialists and executives with an overview of the jobs in the region offered by multinational and regional employers. Organised by the university and St.GallenBodenseeArea (SGBA), the event will also explore issues such as family and children, a home of one’s own, and how to achieve a work/life balance.
The HSG is one of Eastern Switzerland’s biggest employers, and it offers jobs in various areas, whether in research, teaching or administration. It also has considerable experience in executive education in the fields of business administration, economics, law, social sciences and international affairs. According to the HSG, its executive education programmes are based on two pillars: highly qualified teachers and close relationships with business and society.
