Nüssli unveils the Kuwait Pavilion for Expo 2025

Hüttwilen/Tokyo - The Kuwait Pavilion for Expo 2025 in Osaka has been publicly unveiled by Nüssli and its partners in Tokyo. In its role as total contractor, the international specialist in temporary construction projects from the canton of Thurgau is responsible for building the Gulf state’s national pavilion for the second time after 2015.

The architecture and exhibition of the Kuwait Pavilion at the upcoming World Expo 2025 has been publicly unveiled in Tokyo. Nüssli, the international specialist in temporary construction projects based in Hüttwilen in the canton of Thurgau, bears overall responsibility for this project in its role as total contractor. According to a press release, distinguished guests from the worlds of politics, business, media and society were offered an insight into this “ambitious undertaking”.

According to the information, the architecture and exhibition will showcase Kuwait as a visionary beacon of culture and tolerance. The country enjoys this reputation owing to its contributions to Arab culture, the arts, and humanitarian work, as Nüssli explains further.

For Nüssli, this is the company’s ninth participation in a World Expo, with the Thurgau-based firm able to call upon a total of 22 years of experience with country exhibitions and in particular the national pavilions. This latest national pavilion is actually the second that Nüssli has built for Kuwait after 2015.

To realize this project, Nüssli is working with LAVA Architekten from Sirnach in the canton of Thurgau. LAVA is responsible for the “audacious architecture” of the pavilion. Other partners include insglück, the Berlin-based brand experience specialists, schlaich bergermann partner from Stuttgart, and Japanese construction specialists.

“We are proud to support our client’s ambitious project", comments Harald Dosch, Director Business Development at Nüssli. "And, together with our project partners, we will make Kuwait’s appearance at the Expo 2025 Osaka an outstanding success." ce/mm
