Fasoon concludes partnership with UBS

Appenzell/Zurich – Fasoon is expanding its network of partner companies. The Swiss online start-up portal has now entered into a partnership with UBS.

Fasoon has developed an eponymous portal that allows entrepreneurs to establish companies free of charge. Fasoon collaborates with various partners, who can offer their services on the portal. The network has now expanded further to include the major Zurich bank UBS, as the company from the St.GallenBodenseeArea reported in a press release.

As Fasoon's new banking partner, UBS will assume a share of the costs associated with company formation. For incorporated companies, it will also bear the costs of a capital payment account. The aim is that founders who choose UBS as their banking partner will therefore be able to set up their companies free of charge. “To get UBS on board, a leading bank in Switzerland’s SME landscape, is an important step for us as a national provider of consulting, company formation services and company mutations,” commented Walter Regli, co-founder of Fasoon AG. “This gives our entrepreneurs even more choice to ensure the best-possible start as business founders.”

Alongside free company formation, Fasoon also offers a free consulting service to founders. The company was established by Regli, Sascha Trüeb and Damian Thurnheer in 2016.
