People’s airline scoops fourth at Swiss Travel Awards
Altenrhein SG – The airline People’s debuted at the Swiss Travel Awards this year. It ranked fourth in the category for short- and medium-haul airlines.
The Swiss Travel Awards took place at the end of October during Swiss Travel Days, the “biggest tourism sector meeting in Switzerland”, announced a statement released by People’s Air Group. The Swiss Travel Awards are presented in ten categories based on a “representative online survey” in which ratings from travel agencies in German-speaking Switzerland were decisive.
This year marked a debut at the awards for the airline People’s, which was nominated in the category for short- and medium-haul airlines and came fourth out of 21 competitors. Edelweiss scooped first place in the category.
“We are proud that our service ranked an impressive fourth among so many renowned airlines,” commented Thomas Krutzler, CEO of People’s Air Group. “We wouldn’t have been able to achieve this result without our highly motivated team. People’s belongs to the Vienna-based People’s Air Group, which also operates the airport in Altenrhein. The airport is a branch office for the airline.
