YouMo acquires German cargo e-bike brand
Rapperswil-Jona/Calw - YouMo has agreed a takeover of the cargo e-bike brand XCYC from the German non-profit organization GWW. With this acquisition, YouMo intends to expand its electromobility offering in the area of cargo bikes.
YouMo, a specialist for electromobility solutions based in the St.GallenBodenseeArea, has taken over the cargo e-bike brand XCYC from the German non-profit organization GWW. As detailed in a press release, with this acquisition YouMo intends to expand its range of electromobility solutions for cargo bikes. XCYC products are already being sold in Switzerland, having been appropriately adapted to meet the specific needs of the Swiss market. In the future, YouMo intends to continue running the business in Switzerland with its own staff, the press release explains. The transfer of expertise has already been organized to ensure a seamless delivery.
